Some of the first steps of manufacture are: metal cutting/shaping; acquiring, cleaning, fabricating, and compiling the various parts such as flange and cover, and also welding. | ||

The next steps are media fabrication, including rolled and pleated media. Various types of filtration media are paired together to form the basis of your separator. | ||

Next is final loose part assembly where the various hard parts and filtration media are fixed and adhered together using an advanced poly-bonding process. | ||

Every part passes through a thorough inspection process to insure every element meets our strict quality standards. It features a continuity and leak detection process to ensure our elements hold up under extreme conditions. | ||

After inspection, most units get either gaskets or o-rings which are attached to the unit before heading down to the packaging line. All our gaskets are made in-house and we keep a wide variety in stock. | ||

Every element is boxed with high-grade bio-degradable foam packaging materials on both ends of the unit to ensure that our product is safe for LTL or ground shipments. | ||
